  • App Crashes Constantly

    The app is impossible to use - it keeps crashing about every minute. I can only flip through a few pages at a time. I emailed the magazine about the problem and they told me they cannot do anything that and that I should instead contact Apple. I feel bad about getting their annual subscription. I wish I could get my money back. The app is useless.
  • Doesn't work.

    What a waste of time. I bought the digital and print subscription and my sign in information is not working. Deleting the app on my phone and using the MacBook app version instead.
  • Doesn’t support US digital access

    Apparently only the iPad app supports US digital access. Very deceiving, unclear. Horrible experience.

    Obviously Greta content; but the app to read the content stinks.. constantly issues to flip pages and navigate the magazine very frustrating to enjoy the content

    I signed up in March and paid $10 for digital Condé Nast. Am unable to sign in and get the subscription. Totally unacceptable ! Will ask for a refund.
  • Difficult to read in iPad

    Pages don’t fit the size of the screen and is difficult to turn them . Not very user friendly. Paper format is much better.

    I have tried every which way to sign in with my print account info. Impossible. For a such a high quality print magazine the nearly impossible access to digital version is pitiful

    I have tried multiple times to login on the app and it says it doesn’t recognize my account. I tried to reset my password thinking that might help but it says it doesn’t recognize my email linked to my account. Very frustrating!!

    Purchased print and digital subscription, app doesn’t recognize my email or account #. Submitted support email and received reply saying they’d respond within 5 working days.
  • Waste of time -- doesn't work

    Agreeing with others, I subscribe to the print version and the publisher wants me to use the digital version. First, the app does not work like the instructions they sent me, so I can't even log on, second, the customer service is worthless. Been through this twice and I am no idiot, so if any of this sounds familiar then I recommend that you not waste of time.
