  • Headspace help to manage our emotions and thoughts!

    By Alejandra M Bravo
Headspace is a meditation app that guide your emotions into healthy thoughts about any situation or yourself. When you need space in your mind to continue Headspace remind you there is always a blue sky. Sometimes there is big clouds and/or storms but the blue sky is always there to go back. Thank you for the learning time Headspace team!!
  • Suggestion

    By Samm Pi
Overall this is an amazing app. I give it 4 stars only because I am a person that heavily struggles with falling asleep and not being able to create a playlist or at least add on a certain amount of hours of just background music/noise after the story ends just adds to the struggle. Having to get back up while almost being sleep to exit out and turn something else on just wakes me up again. So I would suggest doing something like that to improve the app for people who struggle like me. Again this app is awesome and totally worth the money. I’d never get rid of it but making that one improvement would be so helpful!
  • Love Andy and headspace

I have been using headspace on and off for several years and I always feel better when I use it regularly .
  • Sleepcasts are brilliant

    By KimIsMovingOut
I use this app almost exclusively for the Sleepcasts. Thanks to them I can FINALLY sleep at night, and I truly have tried everything. These sleep stories are just done in a particular style that works and they change a little bit every time you listen (genius). Would like to see one done in an all-night cafe :). Keep producing these Sleepcasts - I love them!!!
  • Payed

    By FireFly_Artzz
I’m a 16 year old with severe Gad, depression and a tendency to selfharm. I used to love this app when I was younger, because I had access to some of the meditations for free. But now it seems like you literally can’t do anything without paying. I know how good this app can be but not everybody is in the financial situation to purchase a subscription. I don’t have my own money and quite frankly if I ask my parents they’ll just get upset with me, so I’m stuck. I feel like an app for mental health and wellness shouldn’t be fully payed. Everybody should have access to what this app offers without worrying about monthly/annual fees. It doesn’t have to be all of it, just some of the basics would be good even, like you had it a few years back. Again, this app was amazing the last time I had and used it somewhere back in like 2017/18? But that’s because I was able to get the help I needed when I needed it. Not for a price. I just wish it stayed the way it was before.
  • Amazing app, but the Watch app is terrible

    By BlagaflagaZero
I’ve used Headspace for over 3 years now. I’ve tried several other meditation apps, and nothing compares to Headspace’s courses, variety, and overall production quality. However, there are two main flaws with this app. 1) The Apple Watch app is garbage and has been for years. That’s actually why I’m writing this review. I expected them to have fixed it by now. There are only a few meditations available and you don’t get to chose them or their timers. I really dislike that the first thing I touch in the morning and last thing I touch at night is my phone because of this, which is bad for your digital wellbeing, especially as someone who battles phone addiction. Also, you can only use the app with Bluetooth headphones, which is not always preferred. 2) The app has gotten very cluttered. As the app has progressed and they’ve added more courses, videos, tips, etc. the app has gotten EXTREMELY bloated. It takes me much longer than it used to to find a meditation that I want to listen to and I usually just default back to one I’ve already listened to.
  • Wonderful resource

    By AF71
I started using Headspace at the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic when the app was free to physicians and other healthcare workers. I love the bedtime stories, quick breathing exercises, mindfulness activities (e.g., mindful cup of coffee; mindful walk in nature), and the grief course. I use Headspace daily. It has become part of my overall self-care routine.

  • A good way to be

    By Whimjest
Started using Headspace in October 2016. Andy is a good coach. Last year went through the original 365 day course. It was so good that I am going through it again.
